Its weakest results are in Human Capital (42, 14th percentile), GEFRI Composite (25, 5th percentile), Governance (23, 12th percentile), Innovation (22, 2nd percentile), Infrastructure (21, 2nd percentile) and School Access and Gender Parity (15, 10th percentile). These gaps continue to weigh on overall readiness.
